Run 5-day Studio builds end-to-end. You drive the spec, the build, and the ship. AI agents code. You're the bar.

A day in the life

Monday: spec call with a founder. Tuesday: lock plan + UX. Wednesday: pair-program with Claude Code against the spec. Thursday: tests, security, accessibility. Friday: deploy and walkthrough. Repeat.

What you bring

→8+ years shipping product. Founder DNA.
→TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres in your sleep.
→Comfortable being the only engineer on a sprint.
→Strong opinion on what to cut from v0.

A day in the life

Tuesday is your locked-in design day on each sprint. You join the Monday spec call to push back early. You hand off Figma + tokens that the engineer can ship from without ambiguity.

What you bring

→5+ years product design — agency, studio, or startup
→Ships in Figma at high velocity, not just artifacts
→Design system fluency — tokens, primitives, density
→Writes copy. Designs end-to-end.

Growth Lead

Build the funnel from scratch. Build challenges, the /try interactive, content, partnerships, founder-led sales. You own pipeline.

A day in the life

You run weekly build challenges, write a launch post a week, talk to 10 founders, and book Studio pilots. Your KPI is qualified Studio applications and Method paid signups.

What you bring

→Ran growth at a dev tool or design tool
→Comfortable with founder-led, low-budget motion
→Writes well. Talks to customers.
→Knows the AI dev tools landscape cold.

Studio Ops + Customer Lead
